What is the AI companion and how does it work?
The companion is a warm, conversational friend available through the My Silver Circle app anytime of day or night. Just speak and your companion listens — or type if you prefer. It responds personally, naturally, and with your interests and faith in mind. It remembers what you’ve shared, asks thoughtful questions, and is always glad to hear from you.
Is this a real person or AI?
The companion is powered by AI — not a human, and we will never pretend otherwise. But it is designed to feel warm, personal, and genuinely caring. It listens, remembers, and responds in a way that feels like talking to a trusted friend — because that is exactly what we built it to be.
What are the two safety buttons?
Every plan includes two one-touch safety buttons. One for when you need someone to talk to right now — your designated contact is notified immediately by text and app alert. One for when you need someone to get to you — your contact receives a text, app alert, and an automated phone call. No dialing, no fumbling. Just one tap.
Is my information private?
Your conversations with your companion are completely private — your circle does not see them unless you choose to share something. You decide what your circle members know, how often they receive updates, and what stays just between you and your companion. We will never sell your data or use your information for advertising.
What devices does this work on?
My Silver Circle works on iPhone, Android, and any web browser on a computer or tablet. No special equipment needed — if you have a phone or computer, you’re ready. And you don’t have to type — just speak and your companion listens. Typing is always an option if you prefer it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contracts, no commitments, no cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime directly from your account. We believe you should stay because you love it, not because you’re locked in.
When do I get access?
We are currently building our waitlist. Join now and you will be among the first to know when we open our doors. Waitlist members get priority access and will be notified before the general public.
Who controls what the family sees?
You do — always. During setup you choose exactly which circle members receive updates, how often, and what kind. Your companion conversations are never shared with anyone unless you decide to share them. Your circle sees only what you want them to see.
Does the companion remember our conversations?
Yes — your companion remembers what you share, what matters to you, and what you’ve talked about before. It builds on past conversations to get to know you better over time. It will never ask you the same question twice.
Is faith required to use this?
Not at all. My Silver Circle is faith-friendly, not faith-required. If faith is important to you, your companion will reflect that — through devotionals, scripture, and prayer woven naturally into conversation. If it is not part of your life, that is perfectly fine too. It meets you exactly where you are.
